| 私達・GRAでは、オートバイでいつまでも楽しく安全に走れる事を目標に活動しています。 そのためには、一般社会に迷惑や偏見を与えている改造オートバイの参加を制限し、GRAの活動とその目標に賛同するライダーの存在を社会全般へアピールする為に、『車輌レギュレ−ション』を設定して1993年から運用しています。そして、『車輌レギュレーション』は、 競技に無関係な他の多くのライダーへの当然の配慮であり、彼らへの「愛」に繋がると信じています。 |
| At GRA, our goal is to ensure that everyone can enjoy riding motorcycles safely and for as long as possible. To achieve this, we restrict the participation of modified motorcycles that cause nuisance and prejudice in society, and we have established and operate "vehicle regulations" to promote GRA's activities and the existence of riders who support our goals to society as a whole. We believe that these regulations are a matter of consideration for the many other riders who do not participate in competitions, and that they represent "love" for them. |

| エアクリ−ナ−およびキャブレタ−からエンジン本体、そしてマフラ−までの部品を、出力向上や軽量化などの効果のある部品への交換および加工が加えられていない事。 例） ＪＭＣＡ認定マフラ−への交換や、車載コンピュ−タ−の ROMの書き換えや交換も認められません。 No performance enhancing modification or replacement is permitted for components from the air cleaner and carburetor to the engine unit and exhaust system. Examples: JMCA certified aftermarket exhausts and ECU/ROM rewriting or replacement are not allowed. |

| 誰でも入手可能な一般市販公道用タイヤである事。 レ−ス用タイヤまたは特別に制作されたタイヤや グル−ビングなどの加工を受けたタイヤでない事。 Only standard, street legal commercial tires are permitted. Racing tires, special production tires, or tires modified by grooving are not allowed. |

| 市販状態とハンドル取り付け形式が同じである事。 例） セパレ−ト型ハンドルからパイプハンドルへの変更や、その逆は認められません The handlebar mounting format must remain as originally manufactured. Conversions between clip?on and tubular handlebars are not permitted. |

| フレ−ム 、スイングア−ム 、ステアリングステム、 フロントフォ−クなどを、変更または大幅な加工が なされていない事。 Major modification or replacement of the frame, swingarm, steering stem, front fork, or similar structural parts is prohibited. |

| ヘッドライト、メ−タ−、テ−ルランプ等の保安部品を取り外さない事。（バックミラ−を除く） またブレ−キやクラッチレバ−の切断も認められません。 Headlights, meters, tail lamps, and other mandatory road legal components must remain installed (mirrors excluded). Brake and clutch levers may not be cut or altered. |

| アッパ−カウルの取り外しや大幅な加工や、ハンドルのグリップ位置の大幅変更、テ−ルカウルなどの大幅な形状変更などがされていない事。 The motorcycle's overall silhouette must remain largely unchanged. Significant modification or removal of upper fairings, major changes to grip position, or substantial alteration of tail fairings is not permitted. |

| a. 同一型式で互換性のある車輌の部品交換は基本的に認める。 b. 市販状態のままであっても、走行上で安全性に問題のある場合、また排気音および走行音が許容範囲を超えていると判断される場合には、参加は認められない。 c. 上記項目およびそれ以外の内容の事であっても、主催者はレギュレ−ションの基本精神に照らし合わせ、主催者の判断で臨機応変に対応や解釈を下せるものとする。 |

| GRA開催イベントへの参加回数が２回以内の方の車輌に対しては、車両レギュレ−ション対応期間として、大幅な逸脱が無い限り、上記レギュレーションを主催者判断で弾力的に適応させます。 |
| For riders participating in GRA events up to twice, these regulations may be applied flexibly at the organizer's discretion, provided no major violations exist. |

| 自賠責保険に加入した車輌に限ります。 （ ※ ナンバープレートを取得していない車両でも自賠責保険には加入できます） また、任意保険へは可能な限り加入をお勧めしています。 |
| Motorcycles must have compulsory liability insurance. (Even unregistered motorcycles can obtain this insurance.) Voluntary insurance is strongly recommended. |

| 走行時の服装と安全装備についても、充分に安全に配慮してください。 長袖の上着や長スボンの他、指先が露出しないグローブ、くるぶし部を 保護できるシューズ、JIS規格に適合したヘルメットが必要です。 また、肘や膝のプロテクターも可能な限り用意願います。 Riders must wear appropriate protective gear: long sleeves, long pants, full finger gloves, ankle protective shoes, and a JIS certified helmet. Elbow and knee protectors are recommended. |

はい、ハンドルの取り付け方式の変更程度であれば、走行に支障の無い安全な変更である限り、車両レギュレーションの大幅な逸脱ではありませんので、どうぞ参加して実際のイベントを味わってください。(

| Yes. A change in handlebar type is acceptable as long as it does not compromise safe operation. This does not constitute a major violation of the Vehicle Regulations. You may participate under the special provision applied for the first two events. |

実はオートバイを買った時から社外品のマフラーがついていました。（中古車を購入） 音量はそんなに大きくないと思っていますが、やっぱりノーマルより大きい音だから、参加は出来ないのですか？ それとも、ノーマルと同じがそれよりも音量が小さくなるように改造すればよいのですか？ |
| My motorcycle came with an aftermarket exhaust when I purchased it used. The noise is not extremely loud, but it is louder than stock. Does this mean I cannot participate? Should I modify it to reduce the noise to stock level? | |

| Even if the noise is moderate, motorcycles with aftermarket exhausts cannot be accepted from the third participation onward. Even with a baffle installed to reduce the noise to near?stock levels, participation is limited to the first two events under the special provision. We recommend replacing it with a stock exhaust, such as a used OEM unit. |
