< Summary of this page >
In order to find the optimum bar end weight, I tried several weights on various scenes such as highways and general roads, and found that even a difference of only 1g would have a subtle effect on the maneuverability and stability of the motorcycle, and that the best candidate would be 30g or 32g.
So, I decided to make the weights that were actually nominated from brass and try each one. However, as a result of trying to make it on a lathe, it was not possible to make the desired weight, and two 23.5g weights and two 29.2g weights were completed.
I gave up the production again, and decided to try it at a weight of 29.2g first. It is a good finish to match the body color when attached to the vehicle. The results of the 29.2g trial run will be reported again later.
